The campaign theme will also be present on the special menu, featuring six new food items and one new drink. Check out the Challengers - Green Chile Pork Tostadas, Charlie Brown Chicken and the Wild Burrito, made with slow-roasted beef and smothered with Hatch Green Chile and Queso sauces. The Incumbents include favorites like Green Chile Stew and the Mexi-Cobb Salad. The new Classic Mojito will help you wash it all down and cool the burn.

Why: In celebration of trees and the vast benefits provided by them, Arbor Day takes place to promote appreciation of trees and to educate the community about their value.  From shading the hot pavement and reducing the cost of cooling and heating in our homes to filtering the air we breathe and lifting our spirits, trees improve our lives in countless ways that we rarely stop to recognize.  By dedicating a day to planting trees and performing outreach, Austin residents can help spread knowledge about the urban forest and its worth, while fighting global warming and participating in a fun, recreational event.
